The story

How agentsie came to be.

agentsie was founded in 2026 in Vienna by three women who had reached the same conclusion across different marketing disciplines: classic agency work delivers campaigns, but rarely systems. Most client problems can't be solved with a new ad or a better campaign - they need structurally different thinking.

Kristina Carnogursky, Melanie Holton and Evgeniia Korkeshko know each other from projects and have bundled their expertise into three complementary fields: strategy and art direction, creative content and corporate identity, social content and performance. A shared understanding of AI and automation runs through every field.

What we build, we don't build as a campaign but as a system - so that marketing becomes predictable, measurable and sustainable for our clients in the long run.
