We process personal data exclusively on the basis of statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003, Austrian DSG). This notice provides information on the type, scope, purpose and legal basis of processing.
Server logs (hosting)
When this website is accessed, our hosting provider Vercel Inc. automatically processes technical information: IP address (truncated), date and time, requested URL, HTTP status code, referrer, user agent.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in stable and secure operation). Retention period: up to 30 days.
Processor: Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. Data transfers to the USA take place on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Cookies
This website does not set tracking or marketing cookies. Only strictly necessary cookies and local storage required for the operation of the site are used (e.g. page transition state). No consent is required for this.
Contacting us
If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the submitted data (name, email address, message, optionally company) to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, for any resulting business relationships.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual/contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient communication). Retention period: up to 3 years after the end of the correspondence, unless longer statutory retention obligations apply.
