A system instead of a campaign.
ZeBu Baumanagement runs building projects in Vienna: project management, site supervision, independent controlling. The result of that work is a finished flat, and that is exactly the problem. Whoever sees it no longer sees what used to be there. The work disappears into its own result.
In a feed that means two things. A finished flat on its own is a catalogue photo, interchangeable with any other new build. And an empty room, however cleanly it was built, gives nobody a sense of scale. Prospects see white walls, not a home they can picture themselves in.

Our approach: show the same flat three times - how it was, how it was rebuilt, how you live in it.
Before/after as a series
16 slides in 4:5, room by room: kitchen, bathroom, WC, balcony, bedroom. The earlier state is not the small print, it takes up half the frame. Two weeks of posts in a row, so a project becomes a series people recognise instead of a single post.
Reels from the walkthrough
Five vertical reels, filmed inside the flat itself: no drone, no music bed, no studio. A spoken walkthrough, subtitles for the sound-off feed, and the before shots cut in exactly where you would otherwise only see a white wall.
Digitally furnished instead of home staging
We furnished five finished rooms digitally: bed, desk, rug, light. Windows, radiators, floor and sockets stay exactly where they were built - only the furniture is added. No rented furniture, no second photo shoot, and the room stays the room you can walk into.
